We're introducing a new 2nd gen XGS (Hyperfibre) ONT to replace the current ONT that was introduced in late 2019.
Overview
We have been working through the preproduction steps associated with the introduction of the new 2nd Gen Hyperfibre ONT.
Regrettably, we must inform you that the launch has been delayed by three to six months. This decision was made due to unresolvable issues uncovered during our testing process, preventing the new ONT from meeting our product requirements. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologise for any disruption to your plans.
