Fibre-in-a-day goes nationwide

From 27 May we have opened up all eligible Fibre in a Day (FIAD) addresses nationwide!

What does this mean?

It means that approximately 400,000 premises are now eligible to have their Fibre installed in a single appointment.

We’re transforming our Fibre Connect experience, so what does this actually mean for customers, and what have we achieved over the last 18 months?

Customers only need to organise themselves to be home for one day instead of two.

Better yet, it means they can connect to our fibre network and your broadband service faster.
