Feedback

We’re replacing Site-Share for ordering Wireless Colocation

Based on your feedback, we’ve made the decision to change our ordering system for Wireless Colocation services. From 2 February 2018 Wireline (OO&T) will be available for use for ordering Wireless Colocation. Site-Share ordering will cease on 5 March 2018 with ordering only able to be done in Wireline (OO&T) after this date. We believe this change will provide improved ease of use for you as it aligns Wireless Colocation ordering with our other Colocation products, which in turn will allow us to better manage and process your orders.

What’s changing

From 2 February 2018 Wireline (OO&T) will be available to use for ordering Wireless Colocation. Site Share ordering will be removed from 5 March 2018 and any orders placed in Site-Share on or after this date will be rejected. Wireline is available to use for ordering from the earlier date of 2 February 2018 to allow time for you to transition.

Collateral on using Wireline will be supplied in the New Year and we can provide training on using the system should your teams require it.

Supporting details

In-flight orders that have been submitted in Site-Share prior to 5 March 2018 will be transferred into Wireline.
