We're reducing HSNS Premium / vDFAS install prices at certain addresses.

Great news. We’re expanding the locations where you can connect these services at the standard price. The eligible addresses are based initially on our former blue zone, in non Chorus UFB areas.

What's happening

From today, we’re offering reduced install charges for HSNS Premium / vDFAS circuits. The lower charges apply to standard installs at eligible addresses. This pricing replaces the current Category 1, 2 and 3 install charges over the offer period.

Why change?

Many of you asked for simpler pricing. Currently, a three tier rate card applies. This is for HSNS Premium / vDFAS installs in our former blue zone, other LFC areas. This pricing has been significantly more expensive than in our Chorus UFB areas. We’ve simplified and reduced these charges.

What's the detail?

Please sign the offer letter to confirm acceptance of this lower pricing. The initial offer period ends on 15 March 2017. We’ll let you know (with plenty of notice) if this date is being extended.

Our website will list all the eligible addresses where this offer applies. Once you've signed the offer letter, you can then order HSNS Premium / vDFAS at reduced install prices.

Please note:

  • We’re assessing whether Bitstream 3/3a can also be available under this offer. We’ll let you know soon.
  • Any non-standard component of an installation (e.g. in boundary trenching beyond the standard installation distance) will still be at an additional cost. A quote will be provided upon request.
  • Should the offer expire, the current Category 1, 2 and 3 install pricing applies.
  • We’ll keep you updated on changes to eligible addresses.
  • There is no change to the monthly rental prices.
