We would like to inform you that from Monday 15 April 2019, we will be removing support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0.

Please ensure that any of your systems that communicate with Chorus platforms are not using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 as we will only support TLS 1.1 and above.
 

What’s changing

TLS1.0 is an old security protocol becoming vulnerable. Security standard best practise suggests that only TLS 1.1 and above should be supported.

From Monday 15 April, we will remove our support for TLS1.0 as well as our IT vendors.

It is unlikely to impact you unless you are using old browsers and/or operating systems.
 

Next steps

The changes will take effect from 15 April 2019.
