Updating Chorus Portal to support fibre managed migration campaigns

We’re going to update the Chorus Portal later this month to support the launch of the new ordering process for fibre managed migration campaigns.

You won’t need to change your provisioning process or systems for today’s business-as-usual orders. 

What’s changing

The updates will mean that we can better support your targeted fibre sales campaigns. Once you’ve taken up the offer we’ll on-board you to this new way of working.

We’re planning to update schedules that allocate work to our field services team which will be reflected in the Chorus Portal schedule. We will also display a new ‘Business classification’ field with the ‘order summary’ information within the Chorus Portal. This information will be added to the product catalogue extract as it is a product characteristic. It will not be presented within B2B messages.

We’re on-track for a 24 November deployment for this update, however we’ll let you know of any last minute changes or delays via your service delivery manager.
