We send an SMS to your customers with remote intact fibre activations, which directs them to intacts setup information on our Chorus public website.  

We have changed the structure of this information based on user-testing results so that it is:

• Easier to discover via search or on our site
• Easier to navigate within the content
• Printable – so people can have it in front of them while doing setup offline
• Easier to understand the instructions
