On 30 August 2023, we gave formal notice of withdrawal for Regional Ethernet Network (REN) Handover Points in exchanges that are not Fibre Aggregation Network (FAN) Points of Interconnect (POI) on 31 August 2024.   

Acknowledging that our message was not completely clear, this is to reiterate that our intent remains the same: where RSPs are required to migrate services from a REN-only Handover Point to an alternative Handover Point at the FAN POI that we specify, we will waive all applicable additional charges that result from migrations to those specified alternate Chorus Handover Points for existing connections.  

We are not updating TES matrices holistically, only to take into consideration the withdrawn REN Handover Point locations. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
