Today, a series of animated videos that we have created to help people better understand what’s involved when getting UFB, will be made available on our public website.

What's happening?

We’re launching a series of videos on our website, and our YouTube and Vimeo channels.  We hope these short, animated and easy-to-understand video clips will be useful tools that you can share with your customers to help explain our consent and installation processes when they order UFB. 

What's the detail?

There are six videos available in the series including -

The consent process for:

• People in a right of way (shared driveway)
• Tenants of multi-dwelling units (MDUs) including apartments and office buildings
• Property owners, body corporates and managers of MDUs

The agree, build and connect process for:

• Single-dwelling unit properties (SDUs)
• Multiple-dwelling units (MDUs)
• Properties in a right of way (shared driveway)
