We’re introducing a new Bulk Handover Transfer service to assist RSPs and Resellers transferring large numbers of subscribers between UFB Handover Links. This UFB Bulk Transfer fee will support a one-off charge per handover along with a credit that supports the transfer of UFB Bitstream services for the following scenarios: 

• An RSP moving customers from the handover links of an RSP it has acquired to its own handovers. 
• A Reseller moving its full base of customers to another Reseller or RSP (i.e. a novation of a base/novation of customer contracts).  
• An RSP outsourcing its customer base to a Reseller provider (support and management).  

The details   

This new service will include a one-off credit against the standard transfer fee per subscriber that supports the transfer of UFB Bitstream services along with a fixed Handover fee per handover. We will charge a fee per Handover, and a credit per subscriber based on the set of rules explained within this service description.  

Pricing is applied per Handover irrespective of the number of subscribers transferring in, and where there are multiple Handovers involved both parties will be responsible for providing supporting details and a list of subscribers / Handovers to confirm the transaction and assist with our billing process. 

Inflight orders within the handover which is moving may need to be handled as an exception order through the BAU process. 

8 week window - all transfers between handovers will need to be submitted and completed within an 8-week window. 

Standard transfer rate ($24.58) will still apply for BAU individual subscriber moves, and to any transfer orders not completed within the 8-week window.  

Both parties will be responsible for providing a confirmed list of UFB subscribers and handover ID’s, Access Seeker IDs (ASID), included in the relevant Bulk Handover Transfer request.

Pricing 

A fixed fee per handover will be applied to Handover Bulk Transfer requests, along with a credit against the standard individual subscriber Transfer fees. 

• $500 for migration to a 1G Handover   
• $1000 for migration to a 10G Handover  
• $2000 for migration to a 100G Handover  

All pricing is based on per Handover that the subscribers are moved to. 

Example price model 

1000 subscribers transferred customers x $24.58 = $24,580.00 

New price model (Worked example):  

1000 Customers moving to a 10G Handover = $24,580.00 which is credited = $1000 to pay  

1000 Customers moving to a 100G Handover = $24,580.00 which is credited = $2000 to pay

Please note that a change in RSP billing entity which does not involve any physical handover transfers is not covered by this service so please contact us if you are looking at alternative arrangements so that we can discuss your needs.   

This service is separate from the existing individual subscriber Transfer fee and the Handover Remapping fee.
