Next Generation Access (NGA) Business Premium (Enhanced Bitstream 4) is a simple yet flexible high-performing point to point Ethernet solution that provides Service Providers with the ability to offer a range of market propositions from simple business services through to highly tailored, innovative solutions for larger customers.

Your feedback from the original technical trial of NGA Business Premium suggested that a Glass only option is preferable at sites with environmental constraints such as limited space or access to power. Glass only means the service is delivered to an LC connector, which is simply plugged into the customer’s CPE via a compatible interface.

We are pleased to announce a proposed launch of a glass only version of NGA Business Premium (aka NGA Business Premium Glass) for new connections in the 2nd quarter of 2021 and we’d like your feedback on the proposal.

NID = Network Interface Device

Existing NGA Business Premium, HSNS Premium and HSNS Lite Fibre connections

Existing NGA Business Premium connections can be migrated to NGA Business Premium Glass.

Existing HSNS Premium or HSNS Fibre can also be migrated to NGA Business Premium Glass in regions where NGA Business Premium is available.
