What’s happening

Launching in June 2025, the Big Fibre Boost is a Chorus campaign that will make faster fibre speeds more accessible to customers across New Zealand.

This presents a strong opportunity for RSPs to:

• Acquire new customers with upgraded fibre propositions
• Retain and re-engage existing customers
• Leverage national marketing activity to support local engagement

To support your planning and activation, we’ve created a toolbox of resources tailored for RSPs.

The toolbox includes:

• Fibre Boost logos for use across your own materials
• Targeting ideas informed by Chorus data
• Talking about boosted speeds: What RSPs need to know
• Marketing the Boost together
• FAQs to support both internal teams and customer communications

We may add to/update this toolbox over time, but we’ll let you know if we do this.

Next steps

• Incorporate relevant assets into your go-to-market plans
• Engage internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and support
