New 'simple' category for feeder fibre install

Following our trial and consultation period we have now introduced a ‘simple’ category for a PONFAS feeder fibre installation. 

A Simple Feeder order will now have an SLA of 38 days, the Complex Feeder order still has an SLA of 65 days. 

A Simple Feeder order is a Service Request placed via the OSS/BSS for a PONFAS feeder service associated with an existing Fibre Flexibility Point (FFP) connected to the Chorus fibre network. All other service requests for PONFAS feeder services remain Complex orders.
