A new front door for all of your pre-sales questions

To provide you with a better customer service a single point of contact is now available for all of your pre-sales queries. 

What's the detail?

presales@chorus.co.nz is now your contact point for any pre-sales queries.

Pre-sales queries cover any query, for a customer, prior to a connection order being placed e.g.

  • NGA on application
  • Project related queries
  • Site investigations
  • Order processing
  • etc

When an email is received one of the team will ensure that it is passed to the accountable business owner and a response provided back to you.

We will use these emails to help us develop future training materials and/or product collateral.

The email box will be monitored on Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and excluding public holidays
