We are simplifying the greeting and IVR options on 0800-343668 and 0800-080770 for faster Network Operate Support for our RSP’s.

What’s happening?

When you call either 0800-343668 or 0800-080770 you will now hear “Welcome to the Network Operate team, please hold the line for the next available agent”.

The details

You will hear a new greeting and then your call will immediately transfer to the next available agent without the need to select any option off the IVR.
