The much-anticipated arrival of Multiple Primaries is finally here. From 21 February 2022, you will be able to submit orders to add a primary service to an ONT that already has a primary service and won’t need to select a secondary service in this scenario. This will give you more control and flexibility over your customers’ experience during adds and moves.

This also opens up new opportunities for multi-tenanted office spaces, where you can now serve up to 4 customers with primary services off one ONT.
