18 February - Promoting holiday home connections

We believe that the surge in video on demand and uptake of applications, like remote security monitoring, will start to see more New Zealanders wanting broadband at their holiday homes.

25 February - Improving broadband pre-qualification outcomes

We identified that the broadband pre-qualification change implemented on 20 January is not working as intended, so from 9 March, if the copper line has ADSL2+ capability, the broadband pre-qualification will return ADSL2+ as the positive offer and ADSL1 (Basic UBA) as inconclusive.
