Chorus has today announced that it has reorganised its senior management, including some changes to its Executive team.
Chorus’ Chief Executive Officer, Kate McKenzie, said the new structure reflected the ongoing focus on improving customer experience.
In addition to a number of changes to accountabilities amongst the Chorus executive, the reorganisation also sees two changes to personnel on the Executive as well as a new role created:
Tim Harris, currently Chorus’ Chief Commercial Officer, has decided to move on from the business after three years with Chorus.
“I would like to thank Tim Harris for his significant contribution during a period of enormous change inside Chorus over the last three years. I wish him all the best for the future,” she said.
“Over the last three years, I’m proud that Chorus’ refreshed strategy has brought the company much closer to our RSP and end customers, and driven unprecedented demand across New Zealand for better broadband,” said Tim Harris. “It’s now time for the company to move to the next phase and I wish the team every success for the future.”
Scott Newton will be appointed into a new role on the Chorus Executive as General Manager, Strategy & Business Operations with effect from August 2017.
