Managed Provisioning tiered rate card

To deliver you price certainty as you scope complex or large customer implementation, or are responding to a customer bid, we’re introducing a new tiered rate card for Managed Provisioning.

What's happening?

You told us that it would be useful to have a set price for some of the more common Managed Provisioning functions. As a result we’re implementing a new tiered rate card, in addition to the current POA pricing model. 

What's the detail?

Our Managed Provisioning service is an existing, bespoke service that provides you with additional coordination and management of jobs when you have a project that needs extra care. A Complex Support team member will be allocated to make it easy for you to manage critical projects across organisations.

The table below provides a high level outline for each tier and applicable pricing per connection/transaction. It can be used for the provisioning of any of our products, ordered in any combination.
