Make changes easier, with our updated Order Tracker

From today, your customers can reschedule appointments and update their contact details in real time via Order Tracker (previously Chorus App).

What's happening?

We know that giving consumers more control of their fibre installation, improves their overall experience. That’s why we’ve updated our Order Tracker with a couple more self-service options. Your customers can now make changes, which updates our Chorus Portal directly.

What's the detail?

If you’ve signed up to Install Support, your customers can now track their fibre connection’s progress, change appointment dates and contact details. They’ll do so without having to call you or Install Support.
