We are making a mobile tool available to you so you can have all of our escalation contacts at the your fingertips
To make it easy to find the right contact for the right escalation we have developed an app that we would like contacts within your business to use. The Chorus Escalation App has been developed to provide you with to all of the Chorus escalation contacts on mobile devices.
What's the detail?
Just log on to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for “Chorus Escalate” to download the application. Please note: you may notice two apps with the Chorus log. You want the Chorus Escalate rather than Chorus App (this is an internal staff app).
Using the app is easy:
Log on using User Name – RSP and Password – Escalation
Select the type of escalation you are looking for i.e. provisioning, assure, medical and billing and scroll through for the escalation criteria, names, contacts and business hours.
Information will be updated as we update the report on the website and updates will be available through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
