Gigatown Dunedin goes live 25 February
Following the winner’s announcement in November, Gigatown Dunedin will go live on 25 February 2015.
What's happening?
The NGA Gigatown Dunedin Offer Trial Agreement is ready to be signed by any customer wanting to provide Gigabit services in Dunedin. These services will be available to be ordered by the Online Order and Tracking (OO&T) system and the Chorus Portal.

The following plans will be available to be ordered from 25 February 2015.

* This price will increase to $38.50 on the 1st July 2015, $39.50 on 1st July 2016 and $40.50 on 1st July 2017, in line with UFB price path for entry level residential service.
All other Charges set out in the Price List will apply.
To migrate existing customers to Gigatown plans from other NGA plans you will need to submit a change plan request. Please talk to your account team to plan your migration.
Launch Activity
A media launch is being planned for 25 February. The team in Dunedin are developing a timeline for a launch for the wider community. We are working with them to support their launch activities will ensure that are opportunities for you to participate in. We would be happy to come and discuss these with you.
Trial Agreement
The NGA Gigatown Dunedin Initial Offer Trial Agreement is ready to be signed. A copy of this agreement is available here. An executable copy is available from your Account Manager.
