Fibre Fulfilment (5.3) is due mid-June

As a part of our Fibre Fulfilment programme, we’ve bundled a number of enhancements into a single release due mid-June. Improvements include:

  • Cutting lead times from 1 business day, to 4 business hours for non-truck roll orders.
  • Bookings now possible on public holidays, subject to service companies’ availability.
  • A new field for project names, so business orders can be easily grouped.

These changes impact both the Chorus Portal and B2B, so it’s important that you understand them now. As outlined on 3 April 2017, the new field needs you to make system changes to take full advantage of it.

The final date will be confirmed in a Planned Release notification, as the Release will mean an outage to our Chorus Portal, B2B and Fibre Test Tools. As always, we’ll keep the outage window to a minimum.
