Copper fault triage improvement

At the end of August, we are making a process improvement in our back-end systems for copper cable faults to ensure better technician allocation. This is intended to reduced wasted truck rolls through minimal handoffs which will decrease the fault restoration time.

 

What’s happening? 

The only difference you will see is an enhanced fault description. You do not need to do anything different.
