We would like to inform you of an update to www.chorus.co.nz happening in late August.

We are migrating our website to a new content management system, which is scheduled to go live from 5:00 PM on 27 August 2024. This update is part of our ongoing commitment to improve the user experience for visitors to one of our key web channels.

Key points to note

URL updates:
Part of this release will focus on how we organise our website. To improve the findability of information we’ve updated many of the addresses across the site, including those of our broadband tools such as:  

• Broadband checker
• Broadband availability map
• Outages map
• Speed test tool

Redirection service:
To ensure a smooth transition to the new structure, we’ve implemented a redirection service. This means that current URLs from your site to ours will continue to work, automatically redirecting users to the corresponding new addresses.

Action required 

We ask that you review your internal and customer-facing documentation and update any links to www.chorus.co.nz. While our redirection service will maintain functionality of old links for a limited time, updating to the new URLs will provide the best long-term experience for your team and customers.
