From Monday 24 November the Provisioning IVR is changing

What's happening?

From Monday 24 November 2014 we are introducing changes to the Provisioning IVR (0800 729 005) as follows:

Option 4 of the IVR is being reallocated from Number Portability to NGA product calls. If you would like to contact the Spark Number Portability team please call them directly on 0800 765 200.

To ensure our IVR is clear and easy to navigate we have updated the recorded messages as follows:
