The Chorus Billing Disputes Portal site security settings are changing. If you’re already using a modern supported browser (less than 3 years old), you don’t need to do anything. If not, to ensure continued access to the site you will need to upgrade to a later version.

For communication, Transport Layer Security (TLS) is the protocol that helps protect the connection between your browser and the website. To align with industry standards and address any potential security vulnerabilities with older protocols, Chorus will no longer support connection with TLS versions prior to 1.2 from 18 November 2022.

Please find below list of common browsers you should use that support both TLS 1.2 and 1.3:

• Google Chrome browser versions 30 to 70
• Mozilla Firefox browser version 27 to 63
• Internet Explorer browser version 11
• Safari browser version 12
• Microsoft Edge browser version 16 to 18
• Opera browser version 39 to 53
