Following the success of the Better Broadband expo earlier in the year, we’re hosting an update on 28 January 2016.

What's happening?

We want to update you on the fibre programme for 2016. This event will give you the opportunity to better understand the initiatives that we are working on and how they will help support your business over the next 12 months.

What's the detail?

The demand for fibre is continuing to accelerate. We know that delivering a seamless customer experience is critical to happy customers and driving fibre uptake, so we’re developing initiatives to significantly improve the end to end fibre installation experience.

Up to now we’ve talked to you about individual initiatives; Better Broadband 2016 will walk you through the complete strategy for our fibre programme.

The session will give you insight into:

• How we plan to meet demand
• Strategy and roadmap for the fibre programme
• New technology we’re developing to support your business
• A new option for processing and supporting new connections

There will be limited spaces at the Lab, so please make sure that you register your interest.
