Annual adjustments to non-recurring charges
The Commerce Commission has approved changes to non-recurring charges. This is based on labour / producer price indices, and other input costs including service company charges. As a result, the standard terms determinations (STDs) and related commercial services are changing.
What's happening?
These pricing changes apply to non-recurring charges, for regulated layer 1 and layer 2 copper services. As you’d expect, these prices flow through to our commercial products.
The STD pricing terms for our UCLL/UCLFS colocation products set out a process for adjusting charges, based on the PPI (set by Statistics New Zealand). This year, the adjustment has resulted in a small decrease across all power charges.
We’ve adjusted these prices effective 13 December 2016 (the Commission’s approval date) - with changes applied to your bill from 1 February 2017. Please visit the Commerce Commission’s website to review each changes’ approval, and updated STD price lists.
