Activate user clean-up
In July, we updated you on changes to multi-factor authentication. We said that we would regularly review the list and clean up inactive user licences. We are now looking to start this clean up activity in Activate.
The user accounts that we’re going to remove are those that have not been accessed in the last 13 months and that have an expired password. If the password has not expired, then the account will be left alone and not removed.
We have, as is tradition at this time of year, checked the list twice (and then a few more times) and are confident that this will only remove access from users that don’t need access to Activate anymore.
This activity will take place in early December, before the brownout, and should take place quietly in the background with no impact to active users. If however, we accidently disable a valid user then please reach out to implementation.
