To use the eDMR Backhaul service the mobile service provider must have complete one of the following:

• co-locating mobile service provider equipment at an Exchange Space footprint at the handover point using the Exchange Space tie cable component
• connecting to third party Exchange Space footprint at the handover point with the third party taking using the Exchange Space tie cable component
• connecting to a backhaul service at the handover point; or using the Direct Fibre Access Service (DFAS) to connect to mobile service provider equipment at a remote location within the handover point Central Office are.
