1 | Home Device and Network Setup | Hyperfibre is very new technology, customers will need compatible network equipment, internal wiring, and device capability to be able to access the maximum speeds advertised. |
2 | Hyperfibre ONT Port Setup | Ensure the customer knows the benefit of having 1 x 10 Gigabit port or dedicated Wi-Fi channels |
3 | Network Build | We will need to get our network ready to deliver super highspeed capacity to the customer. It can take us up to 4 weeks to build this, ensuring other customers on the network are not impacted. |
4 | New ONT | The customer will have a technician on site to install a new ONT which will be a Desk mount. Dimensions & Weight of Hyperfibre ONT:

5 | Service Outage | There is an outage of up to an hour as the tech swaps out the ONT |
