Hyperfibre ONT – Physical Interfaces
Interface | Description |

On/Off button | This button turns the ONT on or off. |
WPS button | The Wi-Fi Protected Setup button enables WPS2.4G and WPS5G. This button enables and disables WLAN data encryption. |
LED Button | This button turns the LEDs on or off. |
WLAN button | Wi-Fi service is compliant with IEEE 802.11 standards and is enabled and disabled using the WLAN button. |
Reset button | Pressing the Reset button for less than 10 seconds reboots the ONT; pressing the Reset button for 10 seconds resets the ONT to the factory defaults. This should only be used by your customer if directed to by you (RSP) or a Chorus representative. |
POTS ports | Up to two analogue telephone connections can be supported through RJ-11 ports. Check whether this feature is supported by your organisation. |
Ethernet ports | This connection is provided through Ethernet RJ-45 connectors. Up to four 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet interfaces are supported. The Ethernet ports can support both data and in-band video services on all four interfaces. |
10GE port | The 10GE link is provided through Ethernet RJ-45 connectors. One 100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10Gbps Base-T Ethernet interface is supported. If customer is using RSP provided Residential Gateway or Router, then the WAN port of that device needs to be connected to this 10GE port. |
USB ports | The ONT supports 2 USB 3.0 ports, which allow external USB hard drives to be made accessible to all LAN devices. The following rates apply to the USB 3.0 ports:

UPS power supply | This connection supports the UPS power adapter (not supplied by Chorus). |
