<p>There is a simple change plan fee to downgrade from Hyperfibre to (selected) NGA plans. The Hyperfibre ONT is capable of supporting NGA plans as long as you select a NGA plan with HF suffix in Chorus Portal e.g Home Fibre 300 HF. Note that if you need to downgrade to GPON, e.g. you want to use NGA Voice, then a subsequent upgrade to Hyperfibre WOULD incur an upgrade charge</p>
