Requesting expedited appointments (shorter lead time)

This is a request for a fault job to be completed earlier than the scheduled appointment.

The Chorus Critical Response Service is available for this situation and incurs a charge.
Steps to request Critical Response:

1. Create a Problem Report through the Assurance Portal (or API equivalent) and select Yes for Critical Response.

2. Acknowledge the disclaimer by clicking Confirm (a copy of the Terms and Conditions can be found here).

3. Enter the full name and contact number of the team leader or manager who authorised the Critical Response and proceed with creating the Problem Report.

4. Call the Chorus Assure team on 0800 080 770 to alert them and confirm that you have requested Critical Response for the specified ticket.
