This is a request for a job to be completed earlier than the scheduled commit.

The Chorus Critical response service is available for this situation and is chargeable.
Steps to request Critical Response:

1. Log fault in Chorus Assurance Portal or B2B Mark Impact as ‘Critical Care’; Mark Urgency as ‘Critical’. Enter ‘Critical Response’ at the beginning of the Additional Information field.
2. Call the Critical Response number – 0800 080 770 – to alert the Assure desk that you have requested Critical Response for the specific fault request.
