Mix it Up to continue through to 31 December 2022
Earn Mix it Up (MiU) incentive credits for new-to-Chorus fibre connections, and fibre speed upgrades during 1 July - 31 December 2022.
We’re very pleased to announce that we will be extending our Mix it Up (MiU) incentive programme (with a change to Gig thresholds) through to 31 December 2022.
We’d also like to reiterate our intent to extend this out to 30 June 2023, but we’ll confirm that closer to the time.
This programme has run (in various forms) since April 2019, is well understood by Retail Service Providers and has successfully contributed towards Chorus’ fibre growth and plan mix objectives.

What’s changing?
Following feedback that the recent Big Fibre Boost (100Mbps to 300Mbps upgrade) has made it harder to reach MiU Gig thresholds, from 1 July 2022 we’ll make the following amendment:

What about Home Fibre Starter 50?
The primary purpose of MiU is to encourage uptake of faster fibre. Home Fibre Starter 50 targets the more cost-conscious consumer and we’ve designed a separate incentive to assist with this. Retail Service Providers can, of course, have up to 15% of their total order mix on NGA plans ≤50Mbps (including Home Fibre Starter 50) and still remain eligible for MiU credits.

- Final feedback: We welcome any further feedback from you regarding any concerns, complaints, or compliments you have regarding any of this offer’s credit and threshold detail. This feedback needs to be with us by 6 May 2022 to allow time to make changes that may be required.
- Offer letter: once we’ve finalised the offer terms following any feedback, we’ll publish an Offer Letter (likely timing w/c 9 May 2022). RSPs should sign and return the MiU Offer Letter before 30 June 2022.
