When we launched the NGA Tail Extension service in February 2017 (https://sp.chorus.co.nz/product-update/nga-tail-extensions-launching), we had restrictions around Auckland handover connections to support Whangarei which meant these needed to be manually configured. These restrictions have now been removed and Auckland handover connections are now configured automatically to support Whangarei to Auckland tail extension.
