As announced in September last year, we are decommissioning B2B WebServices on 25 September 2025. As we are now approaching that date, we want to remind everyone of the steps to take to ensure a smooth transition.

What do you need to do?

• Already moved to APIs? - if you’ve transitioned but haven’t yet requested B2B WebServices to be disabled, please action this soon. Use the API support form to confirm the date you’ll be ready.
• Not yet switched? – please make sure disabling B2B WebServices is part of your transition plan before 25 September 2025.

Note: The Chorus Portal web interface will not be impacted by this change.

If you haven’t been involved so far but would like to start, all collateral and access to the APIs can be found through our API Explorer.
