Service Providers website migration - key changes coming in October
This is a reminder that the Service Providers website (sp.chorus.co.nz) will be migrating to a new content management system on 1 October 2025.
As previously communicated in December 2024 and March 2025, this upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience and improve the performance, security, and usability of our digital services.
Key changes to expect
- Website renaming: The site will be renamed from ‘Service Providers’ to ‘Channel Partners’ to better reflect our evolving relationship with our channel partners partner community . The relaunched site will be accessible from its new domain partners.chorus.co.nz
- Changing URL structure: The new website’s URL paths will be updated to support improved navigation and content discoverability. While old URLs will automatically redirect to the new ones, we recommend updating any saved or embedded links in your systems to reflect the new structure.
- Secure access: From 1 October 2025, access to all site content will require users to be logged in.
Action required
- Retail Service providers using Azure Single Sign-On (SSO): Ensure your team members have valid Chorus managed accounts. For assistance, please contact your Activate RSP administrators.
- All other users accessing the site without Single Sign-On: You don’t need to take any action just yet. After the site launches on 1 October, you’ll receive an email from us with instructions on how to access the new Channel Partners’ site.

What’s not changing
This migration only affects sp.chorus.co.nz. The Chorus Fibre Ordering and Wireline Ordering portals remain unchanged.
