Order Notification API is launching in beta on 11 June 2024. The associated technical documentation is already available in API Explorer.  

This is the final API of the Fibre Connect API Suite that is set to replace our current B2B; and provides full ordering capability for Chorus fibre products.

With this release, you now have everything you need for a full end-to-end design. You can see the process flow and read more about this here. Support documentation also includes mapping and parameter changes from B2B to API, to support you through this move.

What’s next?

After a period of time in beta, as long as there are no significant issues raised, we will confirm this API as stable. We anticipate this to be approximately August. At that point we will issue a 12-month decommissioning notice for the Portal B2B integration channel. We have previously communicated this plan to you, and this update serves as a progress report on our journey toward full implementation.
