NGA On Application (NOA) email template changes
We’ve done a review and are making a few changes to the wording of emails we send you. To streamline our communications and ensure alignment with other portfolios, several email templates have been modified slightly. The most important to be aware of is the quote template.
The quote email modifications include:
- Clearer quote exclusions
- Clearer expectation about potential cancellation costs
- Reference to our End User Terms and your customer’s obligations
- Clarification of the quote expiry period being 90 calendar days
You will start to see this updated wording from 22 November 2023.
We would like to remind you that the order request process for NGA on Application (NOA) requests has not changed. If you would like to enquire about fibre for an address that is outside our UFB footprint, then first email our NOA Presales team who will do some initial checks and provide an estimate. If your customer would like to proceed, you can then place an order in Chorus Portal and we will provide a confirmed quote. These steps are outlined on NGA On Application (NOA).
