In August we sought expressions of interest from you to trial end customer service and incentives offers to offnet addresses on our target list such as; 

• A $300 prezzy card for a newly connected household, and 
• A service promise guarantee with the fibre install is completed within 5 business days or on the customers preferred date, and 
• A “bounty” style credit to the RSP for every successful conversion.    

Your feedback on the structure and timing of this initiative is instrumental in shaping our approach. 

What we’re doing 

While we initially aimed to complete these trials this calendar year, and we continue to explore ways to achieve this, we recognise that this timeline will not align with the realities faced by all parties.  

In light of this, we are pleased to announce the reopening of expressions of interest for trials in late 2023 and early 2024. This gives you all a fresh opportunity to participate and contribute before we transition into the planning phase. Your continued engagement is pivotal as we work towards our shared goal of delivering superior connectivity to a broader audience. 

Furthermore, we would like to express our eagerness to explore additional trial opportunities. We remain keen on incorporating door knocking activities into our strategy. However, we are also open to considering alternative approaches such as cross-referencing leads against your data sets to qualify prospects, outbound calling, and direct messages/electronic direct messages (DMs/eDMs).
