We have been signalling in the RSP change roadmap that there would be a B2B change in February. 

This briefing pack outlines the Chorus Portal and B2B system and operational changes that we need you to be aware of and ready for. We are combining multiple project deliveries to align all B2B changes to this release. 

We had previously forecast the 2nd Gen Hyperfibre ONT to be introduced at this time, but this has changed. More details including adjusted timelines can be found here.

When is this happening? 

We have a production target date of the 11 February 2024. 

We are targeting to go into EMMA (test environment) on 16 January 2024 but have a stretch goal of 19 December 2023 to allow for more time to test. 

What do we need from you? 

Please perform your own impact assessments and ensure that relevant changes are made to your systems/processes to support these changes.
