Premium Point-to-Point business products update
Business Premium
We are pleased to confirm that the new Business Premium product launches today, 1 March 2023, with three new plans:
- These will be glass-only, High Traffic Class-only, Enhanced Bitstream 4 plans:
- Business Premium 1000 (1Gbps)
- Business Premium 4000 (4Gbps)
- Business Premium 10000 (10Gbps)
- Business Premium comes with simplified monthly recurring pricing:
- Business Premium offers a simple installation charging structure:
- Current 1Gbps NGA Tail-Extension (TES) will carry over to Business Premium 1000. TES for Business Premium 4000 and Business Premium 10000 will be available from 1 June 2023.
- Business Premium will be available nationwide but availability outside of UFB and LFC areas will be subject to feasibility checks and could involve network extension (fibre build) costs.

NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium
On 16 November 2022, we also confirmed that both NGA Business Premium and HSNS Premium would be withdrawn, with details confirmed as:

| Withdraw NGA Business Premium (incl all NID and Glass plans) on 30 November 2023. | |
| Speed changes and moves within a customer's premises will be supported between the above dates. Address changes will not be supported. | |
| Network Interface Device (NID) support for NGA Business Premium will cease on 30 June 2023. | |
| HSNS Premium | Stop-sell all existing HSNS Premium plans from 31 July 2023. |
| Withdraw HSNS Premium on 31 July 2024. | |
| Speed changes and moves within a customer's premises will be supported between the above dates. Address changes will not be supported. |
