Reminder - Service Performance Manager (SPM) migration on 1 November 2022
In August we informed you that our migration of users from our existing Service Performance Manager (SPM) tool to the new user website will take place on 1 November 2022. Users will need to access SPM via the new URL.
Migration Activity
- The following setup tasks will be completed this week;
- SPM users who do not have an existing Chorus login will be sent account details via an automated email from Chorus. Users will follow the activation process which can be found here.
- SPM users that have an existing Chorus account will need to remove the domain name @chorus.co.nz when they log into SPM.
- For example:
- Chorus Portal Login
- Login ID: firstnamelastname@chorus.co.nz
- Password: Chorus account password
- SPM Login
- Login ID: firstnamelastname
- Password: Chorus account password
- Chorus Portal Login
- SPM users will be enrolled in the new SPM service the week before migration and will receive an automated email from us advising they have been granted access to SPM. No action is required.
- The week before migration, we will email all SPM users advising them what to expect when we kick off the set-up tasks.
We’ve been working proactively with your SPM Administrators to confirm users that will need access to the new SPM URL.
Access to SPM via the current Chorus Gateway login will no longer be possible from 4 December 2022.
Please ensure you have communicated this change to your operational teams that use the SPM tool.
