Fibre Project Management (FPM) is a Chorus project management service wrap designed to deliver your solutions in accordance with your business plan and rollout schedule, using proven methodologies and procedures. FPM ensures your fibre projects are successfully completed on time, within budget and to specifications. 

FPM adds the most value to multi-site projects where co-ordination and project management is required, providing a single point of contact and ownership over the entire rollout. 

What’s happening? 

At the end of June we provided notice of changes to the Managed Provisioning Service (MPS) structure and name, as part of our redesign of the service. Today we are pleased to announce that the revamped Fibre Project Management service is now live.

Next steps 

The Managed Provisioning Service (MPS) has now been replaced by Fibre Project Management (FPM). All project requests received from 3 October 2022 will benefit from the new FPM structure. 

Existing (in-flight) projects will remain unchanged, the new pricing structure will only apply to project requests that are submitted from 3 October 2022 onward.
