The MOE COVID-19 Support Package offer was made available in 2020 to participating RSPs, allowing you to connect households identified by MOE as requiring connectivity for in-home learning. Under this offer, we had agreed to credit 100% of the Wholesale fees to you, until 31 March 2021 (Offer Period), subsequently extended to 31 December 2021. 

Following further discussion with the Ministry of Education, we have now agreed to extend the Offer Period for all qualifying households to 15 January 2023. You do not need to take any further action in relation to this – we will continue to provide credits for these connections as we have in previous months. 

We have also agreed to extend the Connection Period for new addresses provided and qualified by MOE (as per the Support Package terms) to 30 September 2022. Please note that you will need to use the “MOE 2022” project reference in these orders to ensure we capture them in our credit process.
