We are ceasing the sale of copper services at 48 specified cabinets across 30 locations.
In line with our copper withdrawal trial, we are no longer accepting orders for copper in cabinets where we are issuing withdrawal notices.
We are continuing with our copper withdrawal trial and are intending to withdraw copper from a further 48 cabinets listed below. Accordingly, from 4 August 2021, we will no longer accept requests for any new Copper connections on these cabinets.*
Fibre is already available at all addresses that are supplied by these cabinets, and we highly recommend presenting this as a great option for any new customers.
If you place orders for connection at these cabinets, you will receive a response in Wireline stating that ‘Copper Withdrawal is Underway for this address”. It may be prudent to consider changes to your order journey for these locations.
