We’re trialling business addresses with our current door knocking activity
The Chorus migration programme to date has focused on residential/lifestyle address types only and has upgraded over 60,000 homes all over New Zealand, fine tuning our approach along the way and making it easier for you to connect. Now we are ready to do the same for businesses.
What’s happening
Effective Monday 9 November 2020 we will be commencing a trial which includes adding address types defined as business into our current programme.
There will be three suburbs one in west and one north Auckland, and one in the Foxton that are included in this trial. The trial is expected to last around four weeks in total and about one week each in the selected areas. Our door knocking agents will talk to both residential (BAU) and business (trial) in the areas but have a slightly tailored message for business customers.
We developed new set of messaging and collateral to approach these targeted business addresses, in line with our recent SME campaign ‘Get the right tool for the job’.
While this trial may generate prospects for you, don’t forget our current Small Business Boom encourages uptake for entry level fibre plans (Small Business Fibre and Hyperfibre Small Business) with the restoration and service benefits of business grade Bitstream 2. Get onto Small Business Fibre or Hyperfibre for Small Business get up to $300 per connection and we’ll cover plan change costs. Plus, you’ll get a $50 kicker until the end of the year.
