Small Business Fibre

Launched on 1 July 2019, Small Business Fibre is the ideal product for NZ small businesses. It comes with a feature called ‘business restore’ – giving businesses confidence that, should an outage occur to their Chorus service, it will be restored in the least possible time – similar to our premium fibre products such as NGA Business (Bitstream 3/3a) and NGA Business Premium (Enhanced Bitstream 4). Business restore is not found in NGA Evolve (Bitstream 2) plans.

What’s happening

To make it easy for you, we developed only two Small Business Fibre plans:

• Small Business Fibre 100 - @ $55 p/m
• Small Business Fibre Max - @ $65 p/m

We’re considering lowering the price of Small Business Fibre 100 – from $55 p/m to $52 p/m - and seek your feedback on this approach.

We would like to understand from you:

1. With a lower $2 gap between Small Business Fibre 100 and the equivalent Business Evolve 100 plan ($50 p/m), would you migrate your existing Business Evolve 100 connections to Small Business Fibre 100?
2. Would you replace Business Evolve 100 with Small Business Fibre 100 in your customer facing propositions?
